Kendall Packo is a recent graduate from Loyola University of Chicago with a bachelors in public relations and advertising with a minor in Spanish. After graduating cum laude spring of 2018, Kendall is looking to further pursue a career in public relations. During her time in college, Kendall completed internships involving writing and photography (CollegeFashionista), event planning and marketing (Chicago Twenty Something), and most recently restaurant hospitality public relations (H2 Public Relations).
While Kendall has interests in art/design, fashion, music and working out; most of her experience, including part time jobs (busser at Ken Stewarts (Akron, OH) and hostess at Bar Siena (West Loop, Chicago)); has been in the restaurant industry due to a love of food and culture. Kendall used this passion to complete a capstone project her first semester of senior year looking at the effect of social media marketing in the restaurant industry.
